I have a problem with my predator when I use the recce 7 Griffin armament suppressor. There dimples on a primer of the second round and a lot of blowback on the casing. Almost positive this doesn't happen without the suppressor but I'll check for sure this weekend.

Pmc but its the round after. The one that gets chambered after the first shot. No failure to Fire or failure to extract. I've only tested it twice once on the suppressor setting once on standard. I would break down the BCG, check for excess lube but I think it's fine. |

The marking on the primer is there because the firing pin is free floating within the bolt carrier. When the BCG goes forward and stops when it goes into battery, the firing pin continues a little forward motion and will lightly mark the primer. This is why harder primers are recommended when reloading for the AR-15 platform, to prevent "slam-fires" when the bolt goes forward on the next live round. If you load a round and then extract it, you will still see some light marking of some sort. I have no answer as to the gas marking on the casing you are referencing.
