I'm looking into several things. First, I have a Millenium Universal 3 cell(don't remember the model) and I am thinking about putting it on a .308 sniper type rifle. I'd need the TurboHead and some sort of pressure switch. I also am thinking about a Millenium Universal 2 cell to mount on a 16inch AR. It would need the clicker tail cap. I have to come up with the money so I can't get it for a little while. I would like to get a clicker switch for the 3 cell. What's the price on those items? Thanks. |
On the 9v turbohead you'll be wanting the M971 (thumbscrew mount) or the M972 (ARMS mount) variant. Rather than getting the tapeswitch model and then an extra clicker tailcap I'd recommend getting the XM variant which has a detachable tapeswitch AND a pushbutton clicker all in the same tailcap -

I might have been a little unclear. It was late at night and I was tired!! I have the 3 cell and it is currently on my 16inch. I'd like to take it off and put it on the .308 and then replace the current switch with a tape style since the rear tail cap wouldn't work too well on the .308. Also, I'd want to add the Turbo Head to it for longer range. I guess for that light I'd just need the tail cap and the Turbo Head. I'm looking for prices on the Turbo Head and the tape switch. It would need to be pretty long since I'd want it back near the stock.....unless you have a better idea. While waiting to come up with the money for another light, I was planning on buying the clicker tail cap for the 3 cell that I currently have. But I'm leaning to getting the M951C and then I wouldn't need the clicker tail cap. After posting that, I found the deal that I posted about with the M951C. I could definately do that.
