| I think Del-Ton should be recognized and given due thanks for not taking part in the recent price jacking trends. I bought my first rifle kit back over the summer and it was an incredible deal then, glad to see their prices haven't changed despite a huge boom in business. Glad to see they're doing well by conducting honest business. |

I'm sitting here answering emails, my daughter is wanting to be held, and I feel like there just aren't enough hours in a day for it all. I have to tell you guys, I'm having a rough day, and I'm pretty darn stressed. So, thanks. A big thanks! I needed this. You guys made my day. (that and her little smile helps too!!)

I was looking for a stripped lower to start a second AR and called this one gun shop that a buddy of mine always goes to. They were out of stock but said they'd have more the following day. I called back and the guy on the phone said "yes we got more in".
ME- So how much are they? "the stripped lowers are $199" (someone in the background talks to him) "Uhhh, $235...." ME-  OK, thanks (for nothin')
Needless to say I looked elsewhere. I still paid a premium on the rock river I ended up finding but not anywhere near $235. |

+1 on the customer service from Kassandra. All you have to do is read through the threads in this forum to see all the attention and effort that's going into this. It's patriot's work getting all these rifles, kits and parts out to people. All the vendors are backed up and doing their best. But Del-Ton stands head and shoulders above in customer service.
I'm as antsy as anyone waiting to hear my kit has been shipped - but waiting patiently (as in checking this site and email ... oh ... let's just say many times a day) |

I have purchased 3 uppers and other misc parts from Del-Ton.
They all have been perfect. And because of this and the fantastic customer service, they will continue to be my shopping place for the things I want and need. All the other companies out there need to take a long hard look at what Del-Ton is doing and how they treat their customers. They should take lessons and could truly learn a thing or two. I have referred a few friends to them and will continue to do so. My hat's off to Kassandra and the all of the great folks at Del-Ton. I wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!!

| Thanks Del-ton! I'm still waiting for my Pmags and a new gas tube, but I'd rather wait a month or two than make the price gougers rich. Del-ton will be getting all of my kit orders as soon as I find another source for lowers. There are a bunch of vendors that I've spent thousands of dollars with in the past that are taking advantage of us and I won't be ordering from them in the future. Del-ton hasn't gone up on anything that I've looked at and I appreciate that. |

I ordered my first Del-Ton rifle kit on election day... I received it Dec 12! (mid-length CL heavy barrel).
It's a well made upper assembly- and I'm pretty anal about quality. The collapsible stock is nearly rattle free and the lower parts kit fit perfectly. Absolutely first class kit. Once I take it out to the range, I'll be posting some pictures of the rifle and the groups it shot! I feel like they could ask a higher price for the quality parts they're selling- but please don't- I want to get another one! |
