The point of this thread is to recoginize Marshall and his team at Primary Arms for great customer service.
Last week I placed and order with Primary Arms....although my order wasn't huge, it wasn't a small either, the order total exceeded $3000 and consisted of multiple red dots, green dots, magnifiers, scopes, and every type of mount they market. The order was shipped complete and accurate the next day. Kudos to Primary Arms for offering a great product with even greater customer service Jeff |

I try and order from PA if I can. They typically have really competitive pricing and their shipping is the fastest I've dealt with. I've had one order hiccup and still received the order in a decent time. I typically receive my orders in 2-3 days regular shipping. They are definitely good folks to deal with and I've also had good luck with my PA M3 red dot.

I buy from PA, even when ( occasionally ) their price is a little higher than other places.
The main reason? I lost one of my micro dots battery covers and Marshall sent me two, for free. I have done a ton of business with PA, and I have never been disappointed with the product or service. Thanks Marshall. |

I order because I know they'll get me exactly what I ordered, they have some of the FASTEST shipping I have EVER seen, and even if they're like 5 cents more, I still get that excellent customer service. I just placed my 5th order last night and it shipped this morning
