First I do not post much., rather read and learn.
Has anyone else had trouble with a Palmetto State Armory order? I order a LPK with an enhanced fire control group in nickel and received a standard black fire control group. I have tried calling Palmetto State and have left emails and cannot get a response. It is now going on 3 weeks since I received the order. I just want to know if this is a common occurrence? If this is posted in the wrong place please correct it. |

There's a PSA-specific sub-section on this website. Click on the Industry tab above and scroll down to Palmetto State Armory section.
You can create a post about your order error (include order #) and a PSA rep should respond. Sometimes they may also send you an IM. |

I've only ordered their LPK's less FCG, I don't recall ever having an issue with any order as far as contents. I've ordered a pair of those FCG's stand alone, they are very good! back in the day we had lots of issues where we were missing a spring here or detent there.. Lately past 3 or 4 years, no issues at all. not saying it doesnt happen.. just saying its rare now a days. |
