Is anyone having problems with their rear Mbus Pro sights. The front one went on without a hitch the back one tightened very hard and the sight sits uneven on the rail. Any help from the Magpul guys...I've been running Magpul MBUS polymers forever love them. I built my own rifle so it's not user error, the rear one just seats uneven. Thought I saw something around here about some bad ones getting through the inspection process because it's a new item. I'm not angry and I think these sights are pretty sweet but do I send it back to Magpul? If I send it back to Brownells they may just send me another bad one, thanks.

Magpul has already commented that a couple snuck out with issues, just contact Magpul and they will swap it out.

Thanks Stick, called them and they are sending me a new one no questions asked. Great customer service as expected, fact is I've never had a failure with all of the products I have from them so I've never had to call. Thanks Magpul.

From all the great feedback everyone said they got by calling magpul. So I decided to try and warranty my canted rear sight. Was told to email pictures so they can see whats going on. Received a response a day later telling me the item is still new and once a solution is available they'll contact me. I took a gamble on a new product and can't even get a replacement . Should have gone KAC or Troy

Email me directly and I will take care of it. The issue is so new that there might be some confusion in CS on how best to resolve your issue.

I will make sure the site is replaced ASAP or get you a refund pronto.
