how does a magnifier with a larue pivot mount look behind a aimpoint with a qrp mount? is it compatible?

this is actually a question from my buddy who's heading back to iraq or Afghanistan in a few months.. and he wants to put a larue magnifier setup behind his issued aimpoint...
