My parts were delivered on Friday for comp and gas block pinning. Awesome!

On the gas block, I understand you dimple the barrel under the gas port to locate it correctly, and then drill and ream for the pinning. Do you use any thread locker on the set screw(s) and do you install them both? Thanks.

We usually do not use threadlocker, as thescrews are pretty much not needed. If you sent both srews they will both be installed.

Thanks, unless you recommend otherwise I was planning to remove the screws and just secure the block with the installed pin.

Personally i would leave the screws in, they dont hurt anything. But they are not required.

Then I will take that advice and leave them in. Thanks.
