[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Question about form 3

I just bought a suppressor from silencer shop direct, and have a question. I am out of town for the next week, and thus haven't been able to send in my trust information yet. Will silencer shop file the form 3 even without the trust information? As long as I get it uploaded before they file the form 4, of course. Or will silencer shop wait until they get the trust in hand to file the form 3?

They should go ahead and file the F3. They definitely can, just not sure if it's automatic.

Typically we file the Form 3 even if you haven't sent your trust. Unless there is another email that we sent you that we are waiting for a response on. Send us an email and we can look into it.
