Does Geissele have any plans on making and selling a jig for drilling and pinning the gas Geissele block to the barrel?

Use a v-block to hold the gas block into place while you drill it.  This is how it is done at the GA shop.

Panther, do you have a drill press, vice, etc. or are you planning on doing this with a hand drill?

i have a drill press

but to be honest I doubt my skill to do it, so I spoke with a place that does AR-15 gunsmithing, and asked if they could drill and pin it. They said no because they don't have a jog for it.

I have a VLTOR gasblock now, and was planning on sending it out to get drilled and pinned, and figured while I was at it I would upgrade to the geissele gas block. But now that the weather is shaping up, I dont want to be with out my favorite AR-15, so I may revisit this issue later

The gunsmith should be able to do it with a drill press if he uses a V-block like RXM described. We do not use any special jigs when we do them at the shop.
That being said if he is uncomfortable with it then obviously him declining was the right move for everyone.

Maybe if the shop is doing a gas block install on a weekend, I'll swing by there to grab a quick video of how it is done.

To bump this back up, has anybody tried using the BRDE gas block drilling fixture with the Geissele gas block?
Do the holes line up? I was going to pick one up to drill Vltor gas blocks but with the Geissele coming out, I may need to
Just locate a v-block instead.

You could try this from Rainier Arms.
