Mark,
What is the height and weight of the LT660HK compared to the LT751.   The reason I ask, I want to try a Vortex SPARC on a fun gun.  From what I have researched, the LT660HK gives a near perfect co-witness with this optic, which is what I like.  I would prefer the increased FOV the LT751 offers though.  Thanks for your time, keep up the good work.

I don't have the weights, but the LT660HK puts the centerline of the optic 1.31" over the rail, the LT751 is 1.40"

Assuming you're putting them on a standard AR, the HK mount rides lower than standard irons (irons are higher than the centerline), while the LT751 is exact cowitness.

The HK mount with a SPARC gives you perfect co-witness from what I can tell.  The SPARC comes with shims, and if you use the small one, you'll get something like a lower 1/4 co-witness.  The standard height aimpoint mount is of course too high for any co-witness.  I'd be curious to see where the extra .09 (from the HK mount height) puts the SPARC.   it might be usable.  If you try it, be sure to post a report. :)

Look like the LT751 is going to be too high for this optic to co-witness irons.  Due to the SPARCs design, it's center is a little higher than a T-1. This info from Sam at Vortex.  The LT660HK is going to be the way to go for an absolute co-witness with the SPARC.  Just wish I could afford the Aimpoint, then all this would be a moot point.

It's a great set-up.  I wish I had nothing but OBR's, Aimpoints, and Nightforces.  Reality sucks.  The SPARC is nice though.  I've got 2 Vortex products now, and have been really happy with them both.
