How do you guys get your velocities that you use to determine the holdovers? Do you guys chronograph a bunch of different loads and find a happy medium between loads and bullets?
I figured I'd ask this question in a general manner as well as pose my specific question about the AK prism optics BDC. What velocity/bullet weight was used to determine the holdover? (I guess rifle too) Somehow my guns always seem off but I think the 5.56 reticles are designed around M855 and I use M193 so I can use strelok to tune the zero. |
