I'm deciding on a Elite Car or an Elite Car UTE2. With the removable carry handle/sights, is it combat reliable, I don't want sights moving around.

On the Elite Car, can you mount optics on it since it does not have the carry handle?

The Elite CAR A4 is a more versatile platform than the UTE-2 in that once the carry handle/Tac Mt/Dominator is removed (not an option with the UTE-2because the rear sight base is part of the receiver's forging) you can mount all sorts of products directly to the upper receivers rail and have the full length (versus partial length of a UTE-2)of it to work with.  The UTE and subsequent (and current) UTE-2 were designed around the need for having immediate access to back up sights (no bottons, flipping, etc required) rather than use with magnifying optics.
The platforms mounted onthe Elite CAR A4 when they leqve the factory are plenty tight, and won't walk, move, etc...If removed by the end user, and then reinstalled, I would suggest a cordless driver (with a thick flat-headed bit set on high torque, low RPM) to tighten it back up...although hand tight using a quarter to give some mechanical advantage will also suffice.

Get both!  Then play.

The UTE is great as your BUIS are permanently attached (grin)  It mounts the EOtech holo sights perfectly and could do the ACOG or other sights just as easily.  I love mine!

Looking good.  Only issue you might have with an ACOG is eye relief, as the optic still has to be mounted forward of the "built in" rear sight.

Didn't think about that.  That's what you get for reading and not OWNING.  I'll have one of them expensive coke bottle glasses some year.  Just not this year.

Anyway....get an EOtech....fun to shoot with and less expensive than a Cog

Can you use the rear sights while having a Eotech mounted on the Car version with carry handle?

Depends on now you mount it.
About the only way to use a CH and an EOTech together while retaining some sort of co-witness and without having the centerline of the optic way too high over the centerline of the bore is to use a cantilever mount, which ends up putting the optic out over the handguard (as on the Pro Series TASC).  It works well that way, but there are better (and generally a little less expensive) options if you're starting from scratch...UTE-2, A4 with flip rear sight or stand alone rear sight, A4 with Dominator-2 base, etc...
