I have a set of MBUS on my stealth and despite what the LT site says my Burris XTR 14 does clear the rear MBUS. However I want to put one of the 3GS cat tails on the scope and I am very doubtful that I have the required .280in to fit the cat tail in there.
So I will probably be buying a pair of Troy BUIS's. Does anyone have any experience with this setup or one similar? Any info would be helpful...pics would be awesome. Thanks. Duke |

Actually after some research the Troy's are .46 closed and the MBUS are .63.....so what is that a .27 17diffrence! I think I'm gonna buy the cat tail and see if I can squeeze it in there...then I'll probably buy a set of troy's and put the MBUS on the .22 AR I'm gonna build my son. My math skills are slackin this AM... .10 is a LOT more than .01....maybe I'll just order the Troy's and be done with it. |
looks like the cat tail wouldn't even come close to the MBUS!
