i'm planning on having you guys assemble an upper for me with parts from you guys, will I need to get the assembly service if I get everything but the hand guard?
Also, any chance y'all will be getting any more black 12" RIS II's in stock soon? I'd rather get it from you than have to ship it up there.

Buy all the parts from us, there is no assembly charge. I will check on the RIS.
