How difficult/easy is it to install and remove lights from LT mounts?  How exactly do they work?

Are the lights usually secured with screws and loctite?

Ive seen setups like this (Budnic74's pic) and was wondering how easy it would be to take the smaller light off ETA(Off as in out of the mount...I know it's a double mount)?:

Oh and what model is the smaller light?

On the bottom of the mount, non ring side, there is a single set screw for each ring which is what adjusts the tension of the light in the rings. If you loosen them enough, you can slip out or in a light / laser as needed. When tightened, the rings actually pull down into the recessions which are milled into the mount itself. Its simple enough as long as you have the proper size wrench / driver.

The smaller one looks like a standard Surefire E1E.

This. Here's a pic of the bottom of an LT-707.

The light locks in tight.
