I sent an e-mail, but I know you guys are busy and probably just haven't gotten to it.  I thought I'd try to post here too.

I have a KAC M4 QD flash hider.  Some time in the next day or two, I should also have a 14.5 LMT upper.  I was wondering what would need to be done to do a permanent install to get to the bbl to legal length and also keep the flash hider fully functional as a suppressor mount.  I think it is probably going to need a spacer to make it legal length.  My understanding is that it is critical that the sides of any spacer that is installed with the hider be perfectly parallel.  I just wanted to know if you guys thought this was something that is doable, and if so, how much?  Also, do you guys silver solder or do you only blind pin?  I was hoping that silver solder might make the distressingly expensive flash hider more removable and reusable.  Thanks!
