Around the first of November I placed an order through my dealer for a RRA lower half and an R3 Competition Upper half, I received the lower within a week. But, we haven't had any contact from RRA on the upper half. He tried contacting customer service a couple of weeks ago, but was on hold for 30-40 minutes and had to hang up. What is the projected lead time on this upper? Thanks. |

Barrels are the hold-up. They trickle in and we use them to build from oldest to newest orders in the line up.
I'll try to check with Production Control on Tuesday (we're technically closed today and Monday...I'm here getting some work done while it's relatively quiet) and let you know. If you could IM me with the dealer's contact info, I can look at the specific order. Thanks. Steve/RRA |
