Because of the craziness, I can't seem to contact anyone at RRA. I have a broken lower receiver on my 9mm LAR-15 carbine. The crack in on the front of the magwell and it extends the length of the receiver. Does anyone have any idea of how I can reach someone at RRA for help?

Hey OP,
Your topic title is spelled wrong. Might want to change it to get people to respond.

Sorry - RMA is for Return Merchandise Authorization. I was trying to get someone from RRA to get me an RMA.

I would try calling them first thing in the morning, their time.

Dude, Rock River is in Colona, IL which is the state you live in.  Just drive over there.  I can't imagine it is more than 3 hours one way.  Hell, they might just hand you a new lower right there on the spot.

Was the tensioning screw over-tightened?  Most common way to split a lower when using a magwell conversion block.

Never touched it. It was a 9mm carbine off the shelf. I DID SHOOT IT but never messed with the mag-block.

Need to take a vacation day but I noticed that its a 3+ hour drive. I wonder if they would mind a walk-in?

Better to call for an RMA and send it in.

Tried for two weeks. I gave up. Hard to do when you work full-time and try to find time to call during their business hours.

You need to know someone, I was told. I don't know anyone there.

When you call, they ask you dial the name of the person you are trying to get a hold of. I'm sorry, I DONT HAVE A RRA PHONE DIRECTORY HANDY. I guess I'm stuck with a broken receiver and will never buy another RRA again (I have 12x AR15's and I thought RRA was a good company).

It would be nice if their service department had an email address or someone to answer ONLY service requests.
