| Because of the craziness, I can't seem to contact anyone at RRA. I have a broken lower receiver on my 9mm LAR-15 carbine. The crack in on the front of the magwell and it extends the length of the receiver. Does anyone have any idea of how I can reach someone at RRA for help? |

Tried for two weeks. I gave up. Hard to do when you work full-time and try to find time to call during their business hours. You need to know someone, I was told. I don't know anyone there. When you call, they ask you dial the name of the person you are trying to get a hold of. I'm sorry, I DONT HAVE A RRA PHONE DIRECTORY HANDY. I guess I'm stuck with a broken receiver and will never buy another RRA again (I have 12x AR15's and I thought RRA was a good company). It would be nice if their service department had an email address or someone to answer ONLY service requests. |
