Steve, I must say THANK YOU. Here is what happened. I wanted to have a burnsed loop put on my RRA Elite Car A4. I had an agency armorer help me take the stock off. When we finally were able to get the stock off we noticed that the blue loktite had actually made it into the receiver threads. We ended up damaging the tube, lock ring, and RRA wrench that I had purchased. This all happened last Monday. I IMed Steve here on Tuesday to see if I could get new parts. I got a reply in about 20 minutes telling me the tube and wrench were on the way. I relied back that the lock ring was also damaged. It was not long before I got a reply saying the tube and wrench had left that day and the ring would be out the door the next day. On Friday I come home to find a small box sitting on my step. Inside is my brand new tube and wrench. On Saturday I receive a small envelope in the mail with the new ring. I never made a single phone call just a couple IMs back and forth. All damaged pieces were replaced without have to be sent back in. This is how customer service should be. All other companies should be just by RRA's standard. Just wanted to say job WELL done. I will be trying to save up more money to send to RRA in the future. |

V-Rod.... Nice looking rifle in the picture thread (and elsewhere if I remember correctly There are no baddays around here....just some are more draining than others. If you want perky sales people, try around 10:30 AM....much past lunce and the whole day is already weighing on them. Steve/RRA |
