| Just got mine today! I will have it out on Saturday. I can tell you that I was worried about weight and size. Now that I have it, not a problem. The 8 pounds vs. 7.5 is NOTHING compared to my Entry Tact. I thought about adding a LW barrel, that has quickly changed. I will post again Saturday Afternoon when we complete our qaluifications and let you know. |

VERY COOL! Cant wait to hear how it runs. Sounds like their stuff just works which is great. I was concerned about the weight too, have been looking at lighter weight handguards but I think that I will hold off for awhile and try to shoot the hell out of it and then see. How long was your wait if you don't mind me asking? |

Waiting on this rifle is killing me! Was at the range Sunday and guy was there shooting his FN SCAR 16 and his LMT, he said he left his RRA at home but said that the build quality and feel was equal to the LMT and the FN. That was good to hear. He got a case stuck in the chamber, steel case, and that and the numerous split steel cases he had made me think that the decision to stock up on brass that I can eventually reload was a good idea.

| This is my first AR and I am SO glad I went this route as opposed to the Johnny Cash style AR. It is so easy to shoot well and you can shoot the .223 all day. My next big purchase will be an upper in .243wssm i think. Be awhile before i have the cash together though. I think the only real change I will make to this is a lighter handgaurd, lo pro gas block and front sight. (or just a lighter handguard, plenty of area on current length for what I need to be honest). |
