Phones are on 8-4 CT, M-F.
We just added several more lines and have been adding (and training) more people to man them as well We're here before and after those hours, and most weekends, but that's "catch up" time. That's one of the reasons that it's rare for me to be in this forum any longer...I don't have time in my 50-60 hour RRA week for it at this point. Steve/RRA |
