| I was told that they will ship the order as a whole unless otherwise specified. I emailed customer service about this and that is the reply that I got. They then shipped the parts that were available to me. Of course, the rough part about this is that you never really know if something in your order is backordered. |

So, I guess I'll wait and see what happens. I think RR has been cursed with success –– they were the hot item when the Obama Marketing Team took the stage and now it seems they're at the brink of losing control. There's another thread outlining a problem with some of their selectors that sounds like a typical quality control issue that can result from ramping up too quickly. Interesting times we live in. Thanks.
