I was just browsing the industry forums and seeing what's new with all the manufacturers. Stopped on by here and I am highly impressed with the excellent costumer service and rapport Troy from MI builds with his customers. I wasn't a gigantic MI fan before, and I only own a midlength AR rail and a rear sight from them (which I've been nothing but happy with), but with what I've seen from here, they can definitely count on my business in the future. Just wanted to say that. You don't see too many manufacturers that actually care about the customers anymore. Kudos to Troy and MI.
