I sent my Razor in to have the magnification ring loosed up and to check the scope a few months back.  They said they removed some of the grease which helped loosen it up, they also purged the gas ad checked everything out.

Problem is ever since then it seems like the eye box has shrunk and it's very difficult to get a good view, the target is kind of blurry and it's almost like the view through the scope is an oval.  Before sending it in everything was perfect but this has just gotten worse and worse.  I was doing long range testing this weekend and I could hardly see the 300yrd target, it was almost like seeing double.  Then today even the 50yrd target was difficult to see and really blurry when set at 6x.  At 1x it was almost just a blob.  Before sending it in, it was totally different and amazing, so it's definitely not in my head.

I am also having some issues with accuracy after 100 yards.  The groups are fine at 100yrs and then open up from 1" to 6-7 inches at 200yards.  Could this be related?

The scope is in a Larue Tactical SPR-E mount with an MGM switch view.

What could all of this be?

I'm so sorry to hear that you are having issues with the 1-6X after sending it in. To be honest, I don't have an intimate enough knowledge of some of the internal workings of the 1-6X to give you an educated guess as to what it might be. However, I do know that customer care will be able to take great care of you if you give them a call. There's no doubt in my mind that they will get the issue resolved quickly for you. Their number is 800-426-0048 ext. 4

Thank you for your support, we apologize for the inconvenience and please let us know if there's anything else we can do for you. We would be happy to help.

Thanks, I've actually called a few times today and it's a voicemail saying noones available.  I'll call back later today.  I have a match this weekend so I was hoping it would be something I could fix quickly.

There was a company-wide meeting today so they might have been out for a bit but they are around now if you want to give them a call. Thanks again.
