We are doing full broaching of the magazine wells, just like the big boys. Something that most of the 80% market doesn't get as the broach itself costs as much as most crowd sourcing project raise (and that does not include the machine). What most other small makers call broaching is really milling or wire cutting the mag well, which gets the job done but is far from ideal. You can surf the forums are filled with $250+ CNC lowers that have terrible mag wells which make insert and ejection difficult. Especially if you use one of those nice P-Mags. Not only is there a fit and finish issue, but the tool chatter and hand filing required leaves behind a surface that will introduce corrosion. If the person finishing didn't use a high quality files, you will get inter-granular corrosion which is like a cancer that is almost impossible to stop.
