Hey all,
Just curious if anyone else is waiting on their rail? I ordered a 7" ex 2 weeks ago from Samson direct and just have not heard anything... No real biggie but this spring weather has me a bit impatient

I just emailed them last friday inquiring about an item and here's the reply I got this AM (i hadn't ordered anything yet).
Yes the is a few week delay, we are in the middle of a move right now and we will be in full production again soon. Unfortunately this is causing a little bit of a delay (along with all the orders coming in).

Sorry, for all the delays. Thank you for your support. We are in the final stage of our move. All of our products will now be made in the " LIVE FREE OR DIE " state of NH. I am sure all of you have moved before and know it is a huge task. We have tried to keep up with production, we appreciate all of your support and orders will be getting caught up in the next few weeks. Thank you Scott Samson |

I'm really wanting a Rainier Evolution 11" to finish my best AR build to date but I'm not willing to wait unknown weeks or months for it when I could get a Troy anytime. Rainier couldn't give an answer for when they would get their next shipment in from you. You can send me an IM or email if you want with an answer. |

We are getting everything set up this week. It will not be months. We have much more capacity now. We have invested millions in new facilites and equipment. The final machiniery is coming in today. WTF? I ordered an 11" Evo on 8/20. Other than the immediate auto response acknowledging my order there has been no update. I e-mailed 6 days ago asking about the status of my order and nothing (yes, I know there was a holiday weekend in there). In an internet sales climate where you have vendors like BCM, PK, PrimaryArms, Rainier , just to name a few, who totally rock, how does Samsom expect to compete with CS like that? Customers have come to expect better communication. Rant off.
Update: Received an e- mail Fri 9/7 apologizing for the delay and stating my 11" Evo would be shipping. Received shipping confirmation later on same day. |
