Ordered 10 FDE Pmags 6/20, still showed as processing yesterday so I call to find out about it and surprise, not in stock and no idea when you'll get them. Aside from the fact that you effectively sold me product you didn't have on hand when you said you did, you didn't even bother to follow up on the order. You didn't contact me to find out if I wanted to wait, or to advise me of the situation at all.

I told the guy to cancel it, and I got emails confirming such, however on your website it now shows On Hold.    Guess I'll give it a week and do a chargeback if the refund isn't processed by then. Lot of hassle for nothing fellas.

I've got a few "on hold"s in my account. Your card will be credited,eventually.

If the order shows "On Hold", that means that the order was cancelled in our systems. The refund will be back in your account within the next 3-5 business days. Thank you for your business and I apologize for any inconvenience.
