My SHRIKE broke again. The charging handle broke again during fire.
I was only able to get 15-20 rounds through the gun before it broke. I'm heading out of town for a while soon and wanted to ship it back to get checked out. Michael told me to send it back before left Ares and it would be repaired in a few weeks. I called Ares (and emailed) yesterday 4/23 and she said she would get right back with me on shipping instructions. I never heard back from her. I sent a few more emails, but no response. I would really like to get it shipped out before i leave town so I can get the process started. Not sure what she would have to check on as all I need is the address. Could someone please get back with me at meadowsoilATcox.net so I can get it shipped out? I've spend so much money on parts to try and get the bugs worked out. I have not modified the gun in anyway and it was broken in per the book. Something is out of spec or wrong with the upper as it keeps jamming and sheering off the bolt catch on the charging handles. Is there anyone at Ares I can contact to discuss the issues I'm having now that Michael left? All I need is a shipping address, shipping instructions, and ETA on repair. Thanks |

It is in no way normal for your charging handles to be broken and the ones that we insisted you send in for replacement appeared brand new like they were never even installed in a receiver or fired. But you continue to experiment with the hope or expectation that we will continue to replace your parts. At this point, we're going to insist that you send it in for evaluation if you have any expectation of further service.
