I received my new MBT a few weeks ago.  When I was test fitting the trigger / hammer pins I noticed one of them would not slide into my lower.  On closer inspection I noticed the pin had heavy tooling marks and a large burr on it that was causing it to hang up.  I contacted CS and they asked for pics.  I sent the pics over and CS said they would send me a new pin and a return label for the old one.  A week later I received the new pin, but it had the same issue.  I again emailed CS and they again asked for pics.  I sent the pics over and didn't hear anything back.  After waiting over a week I emailed them again to follow up.  I was told that my pictures had been received and they were forwarded to engineering.  That's it.  No mention of whether I would be sent a new pin, no mention of whether someone would contact me, nothing.  It now been 3 weeks since my first contact and I still don't have a usable pin.

I've had good luck with their CS when I got a ring cap with a hole not not right.  I can't remember the details may have been misthreaded.

A pin? I would just clean it up on a stone but not everyone has one.

Can you post the pics? I have more than a handful of MBTs and I have a theory on your problem but I'd need to see a picture.

I called yesterday because they sent a mid length tube with a 20" barrel. They told me to keep it and I had a tracking number for the rifle length tube a few hours later.

I received a PM from LT and they offered to overnight me another new pin.  So it looks like this is resolved.  Thanks Larue

If you read what he said he removed some of the finish to show the tooling marks.

around the middle of the post he says he did get the trigger installed with some new pins but this seems to be an awful lot of trouble for a fucking trigger pin that we wasn't going to use. with the cost of overnighting a new set of pins, it would have been cheaper to refund him a couple bucks and pick them up somewhere else. i really can't believe all this shit over a fucked up trigger pin. they are mass produced so things can and will happen. keep spares and quit crying!

- I did plan on using the supplied pins and I probably still will.  I shouldn't have to burn up my spares to replace the new pins that came with my "meticulously built" trigger.  I assume the Larue pins are made in house, and to their spec.  I can't just "pick them up" anywhere, and if they are anything like Geissele pins they are more than a "couple bucks".
- I agree that it is not very cost effective to overnight a single pin.  I never asked for anything to be sent overnight.  I was surprised when they sent me the first replacement in a large box via UPS Ground.  I was more surprised that they wanted me to return the old pin via the same method.  A pin in a First Class envelope would have been fine with me.  I'm guessing they only use UPS.
- It was a lot of trouble, but it really didn't have to be.  Honestly I felt like they jerked me around for the past few weeks unnecessarily.
