I submitted an order (SO-4639899 placed on 8-22-2021) for return (RA-111802) on 8-31-2021 and still have not received a return shipping label. I called and spoke to a customer service rep that day after not receiving an email with the label and was told the return dept was running 2-3 days before getting the labels sent out. I called again today about it and got basically the same response.

The product I received was defective, not usable. It consisted of 5 CMC Triggers LPK. All of the magazine catch buttons were rough around the face where the circular texture meets the edge (points sticking out).

I'd like to get this return taken care of and a refund issued before the 90 day return policy expires.
