I purchased a Radial Universal Light Mount for my X300 Ultra earlier this week, and the Ultra won't mount to it. It looks like there's some very slight tolerance stacking going on, and it just won't fit. I can't find anything on the website about returns. What do I need to do? Thanks.

Include the Invoice number and package the mount separately from hardware & tools as we sent it to you in order to prevent damage to the anodize and mail via USPS First Class to:

IWC
PO Box 323
Timnath CO 80547

Upon receipt, we'll inspect the part to spec and issue full credit to the card used.

As for the issue, we'll inspect our stock of Radials and X300's and see what's up and correct if we have an issue.

I had a small issue with a non IWC part and a x300.  Then found our in the instruction manual for the light they recommend loosening the 6 screws on the bottom.  Sliding it on and then tightening them.  After that the light slid on and off as designed.
