If someone has this form SAW what is the weight on this thing.  Is it lighter than a stock 6920 or 6940. Also if anyone has been shooting it how is it running.  Very close to 6940 price was thinking about it instead.
Link,  SAW Operator

Thanks,

Just buy a 6920 and put a free floating knights armament rail on it same thing.  Bachman Pawn has them for $ 1499.00  and the rail retail is $300.00

THE operator model is lighter and flip down front site. I believe the barrel is from a 6520 A2 model .

Either way life's short buy what you want!!!!!!!!!!

I had one of these done using a 6920 and absolutely love it. These also come with the reliability package.

I"m having my SAW 6920HB and my 6933 sent to Ken for the Operator package.  Just got the LaRue 10.0 rails today.  I"ll post when they are done.

Just boxed up the uppers tonight.  Will send them to Ken this week.  Had a very pleasant e-mail exchange with Ken about the work and I'm excited to have them back and on the range. . . .

You're putting a 10.0 on a 6933? I'd like to see a pic of that!

Got an e-mail from Ken Elmore yesterday.  He's got my uppers and is putting them in with a batch of uppers going through the operator package.  Expect a full report here on the Colt forum when they are back and I get them to the range.

Here's my take on the concept.  I used the 10" rail on mine and I call it the Smooth Operator.

The upper itself only weighs 4 pounds, 3 ounces.

I've got my two uppers back from Ken Elmore.  I just need to do a write up and post it. . .
