If I get a upper can I get 2 lowers to SBR. Will Larue register these at there end as a dealer registersd SBR lower? Does Larue have a 10.5" upper in the works?

They won't register it, you must do the Form 1 yourself. I asked the same question last week.
Here is the response I got:
"We are not offering our Lowers registered as SBRs, if you wish to go that route, you will have to do so on a form 1."
