I have ordered a whole lot of gear and other stuff from SKD and I always get speedy and accurate service from them, this is nothing new. For the first time ever they made a mistake on my order????, (I cant believe it, but imagine that, they are human too) .  I emailed them and within 30 min, I get an amazing customer support email apologizing for the mistake and promising a replacement sent out today. I've done 14 orders with SKD, and have referred more than one friend their direction. Absolutely one of my top 2 most favorite companies to business with. I've already got other orders lined up...just have to wait for the wallet to catch up..  Absolutely an AWESOME  company to do business with.

hawkeye, thanks for the kind comments on our forums! if you dont mind me asking, what is the other company you like and what is it you like about them? what do they do well that we can learn from? anything that we dont currently do? we are firm believers that we always have to look at improving our service, and we'd love to learn what it is that others might be doing that we can learn from. thanks again for including us among your favorite online merchants! joe |
