I purchased one these units "Open box" a couple of months ago and I cannot see the dot under Night Vision. I'm using a Photonis Echo Spec PVS14. I have a couple other optics that that have NV settings and work fine. (Eotechs)
There appears to be 9 daytime brightness levels. When I continue clicking the down arrow the dot just shuts off.
I may not be accessing the NV brightness levels correctly so please establish that procedure as the manual does not specify.
I have already contacted CS by phone. That Gentlemen was extremely unhelpful.

PS. Just so I can get this out of the way since the CS rep had a hard time getting past this; I have real NODS. I have other optics with NV settings/levels and they work fine. I know you need to be looking through your NV device in order to see a dot.
