I've had a SPARC on one of my rifles for a couple of years now but only used it a handful of times. I took that rifle out this weekend and the sight turned on / worked fine. When I tried to turn it off (holding the on/off button for 5 seconds) the dot disappears but immediately turns back on / reappears when I release the power button.
The battery is installed correctly and the cover is tight. It is the original battery but I've only used it for around 15 hours. Anyone else have this issue? Any suggestions? Thanks. |

That's a pretty common symptom of a low battery. Even though you've only used the battery about 15 hours, just sitting for two years a battery will naturally drain. So, the first thing I would try is just putting in a new battery. If that doesn't work then definitely call us at 1-800-426-0048 and customer service will take care of you. Quoted:

Thanks for the quick response and suggestion. I replaced the battery and it seems to be okay now. |
