RRA lower i have does not fit the RRA upper... the pivot/takedown holes do not line up, very obvious to see. what do you recommend? IF you have time for a response i REALLY WOULD appreciate it..

Call our Sales/Customer Service Department at 866-980-7625 for a return authorization (RMA). It may take several attempts to get through to them due to call volume, but they'll hook you up and once the lower is here, we can make the determination of what's wrong and the best way to correct it (repair or replacement).
