I need some better info on order #641012.

Just telling me it is back ordered is not going to cut this time. I need a no BS eta.

Also, fellas, how in the world you guys don't have live inventory on your website baffles me.

I've ordered twice from this company and both times the items were on back order. I still haven't got my last order from them and it's about a month later.
