Anybody got a reliable contact E-mail for SWFA? I've got a super sniper that refuses to focus and I've been trying to get ahold of them to see about repairs. So far all of my e-mails have been ignored but I'm not sure I'm sending it to the right place.

I just bought a Millett DMS from them and on the invoice it says to call this number for returns (972) 617-1647. I'm also very curious how the return goes, since I just bought a scope from them. Let us know

My SSx10 had some faults after about 10 years of usage. I called SWFA and they put me in touch with Bushnell who handles all SWFA warranty work. Got a new scope in about 2 weeks.

Very impressed.
