I placed an order for a 16" upper w/o BCG, and also placed an order for the Palmetto State Armory 5.56 Premium Full Auto Bolt Carrier Group - 8779. My upper came today, but there is no BCG in the package. In fact, I have 2 shipping labels in the box. One is for the upper, and the other is for the Palmetto State Armory 5.56 Premium Full Auto Bolt Carrier Group - 8779. Where is the BCG? Order number is #32102395593 and still shows processing on your website. I'm also a little pissed that the upper doesn't have the "T" marks on it, but I see it is listed as may or may not have.
This was my first time ordering from you and this isn't quite what I was expecting. |

PSA ships uppers in sealed boxes and do not include (ETA: separate) BCGs or any other items ordered in the box.
If you had ordered an upper including or with a BCG (not separate) with the upper item (SKU), it would have been in the upper. Since you ordered it separately, the BCG will come in a different shipment, sometimes in a soft bubble wrap package. Basically, the uppers ship from one warehouse and other items ship from another. They do this so uppers do not get incorrectly boxed and shipped. You should get your BCG shortly. They're pretty backed up from all the Black Friday Sales. |
