I Capitol twice in the last two days. Once looking for a piston for an Obsidain and today checking on my order. I know the shop is busy because I asked how 41F was affecting sales. Each time I called the phone was actually answered, I've tried other shops and this is not a given, I was treated with respect and they took time to answer all my questions. Yesterday around 3 pm eastern I place an order for a new suppressor, today I got an email stating that the form 3 was submitted. In my eyes, as busy as they are, I think that is great service.

| You're very welcome! We do our best to get to the phones, every now and then there's a half dozen folks that show up at once and the phones go crazy. It should get back before the 13th, right now if trends continue we'll be ok. In a couple more weeks--- maybe even a week, it may start to be a bit of a gamble. |
