Hello, I have a side sling adapter I would like to install on my Entry Tactical. The adapter requires me to remove the butt stock, install the adapter, then re-install the collapsable but stcok. I have directions to do the job. But, I have some questions. First, will this void the warranty? Second, does anyone have any tips for doing this addition? For instance, I read that lock-tite is applied to the rear screw that holds the butt stock in place. I think I know about the small screws, and have phots, but any advice is appreaciated from you experienced RRA owners. By the way, I have had my gun for a few months. It shhots like a dream. Smooth and accurate. Well above my Colt AR-15. Thanks in adnvance for the help! |

Hi, 1. Yes, to a degree. The limitted lifetime warranty is for failure of factory parts and labor. We try to cover as much as possible, but anything that someone other than RRA would do that might cause damage etc...wouldn't be covered. Wear and tear, abuse and misuse also are't covered. 2. Best advice I can give is a heat gun, the proper stock wrench, patience, and a little TLC. Steve/RRA |
| Or, you could go with the Daniel Defense EZ Mount Ambidextrous Sling Loop for Carbine Stock as seen on Eagle Firearms about 2/3 of the way down the page. |
