I need I want a 20" A4 rifle to give as a gift. It seems like only a very few companies are selling 20" barrels nowadays, Rock River being one of them.
I know you're not offering any kind of lead time right now, but if I placed an order from your website, is there a realistic chance I'd get it by Christmas. Like I said, it's going to be a gift. A4 Upper, chrome lined barrel, A2 front sight and A2 compensator. I had read somewhere bolts and BCG's have been the hold up. I could give or take a BCG, I've already got an extra. I could order from another source, but it's a company I'd rather not do business with, that's why I'm coming to you guys. Any insight or help would be grateful. |

It's possible, but I can't tell you how likely.
This time last year...rgith up to a month or dso before th eelection, I probably coul dhav etold you that most modelsa coul dship by th eholidays. The election created a firsat order frenzy, but we had expected that and while it created longer lead times and some delays, it wasn't goign to be "too bad". December 14 rolls around and any kind of production projection for th eshort and long term went right out the window. We're still fighhting our way back form that surge in orders. We've done a lot to catch up to the point that we have donen so. We'v eshipped mor erifles this year than we have ever done before. For those who are waiting, I know it seems like an eternity, but we are making steady progress towards getting more and mor eof the back orders out the door...vendors have caught up on their production in many areas. We';ve added again and again to our own machining and manufacturing capabilities and the scope and variety of parts that we make for ourselves. That's the big picture. Unfortunately the small picture is still pretty smudged. Steve |
