Im about to finally place my stealth V2 order. Anyone know if the upper will have M4 feed ramps? Im getting a 300blk barrel with it that I plan on installing in the V2 upper and I don't know if I should get the M4 feed ramps on the barrel.

Thanks in advance.

While everyone can only speculate at this time, if the original Stealth is any indication, uppers will probably made with and without M4 Ramps. Depending on which barrel you pick would probably determine which receiver would be used for the BuildAR 2.0s.

I just left a note in the comments section on my order to make sure they're the same. However, I chose "standard" feed ramps in the drop-down menu for the barrel. Are the M4 feed ramps really necessary? Ive only ever had uppers with M4 feed ramps but I wouldn't think Larue would make them without if it didn't feed well without them?

No, they aren't necessary. Some believe they are better for select-fire purposes and/or consistent feeding, but not something that you could really measure to see if they did help all the time. Another thing to consider and keep in mind is that Larue factory rifles don't include them, so you certainly aren't going to be missing out on anything by not getting them, and plenty of LT rifle owners are out there and happy with their purchases. Ever hear them begging for M4 ramps?

The chassis with no barrel gives you the choice of standard or M4 ramps.
