I'm considering a Larue "Stealth" upper. Just curious, why is it called a Stealth? What are its selling points over competing upers? Thanks.

Talking out my ass here and my comments may be "non gratum anus rodentum"
But I believe the name is likely related to enhanced accuracy from an upper that resembles any other run of the mill upper from a distance.
