I just powered up my Strikefire and as I pressed the button the button felt extremely mushy, like there wasn't a button under the rubber housing. The dot powered on but now it won't power off. There is no "click" when I depress the button.

Did it break? Anybody seen this before? I've only had it for about 2 months. I guess it is broken...but what can I do about it?

Awesome customer service update. Within 12 hours of my email to them I had a FedEx return shipping label in my inbox. Shipped it off and 7 days later I had a repaired unit on my doorstep. Happy, happy, happy. Thanks Vortex.
