The back of the ESSTAC padded harness is 6 across. The TT removable operator pack takes up 6 across. The bottom can be adjusted with the straps to attach in where you need it. It should work, the only place it might be an issue is how high/ low you wear both your chest rig and pack. In theory it will work. I'll see if I can get this verified for you.
