How's the ZFL-M60 tape switch coming? I would be able to use one soon. Coy-dogs are coming closer to the house and i'm ready. |
|
Our tape switch project is now in the Tooling phase which means we are getting closer to production. Testing of the prototypes has been outstanding and we are very confident that this will be the best tape switch on the market. We are all very anxious to get the tooling completed and bring this product to market. Thank you for your continued patience! |
|
Our toolmaker has hit a snag which is delaying completion of the tool. I will not bore you with the details but from a scheduling standpoint, this project has been very frustrating. The good news is that none of the delays are performance-related so the product will be fantastic once everything is finished. Thank you for your continued patience! |

Quoted: I'm still with ya'. I'll wait it out, It' the last part of my build and i want to do it right. Thanks for the update. So... what is it going to look like? Straight cable, angled tailcap, swiveled lead. What can we expect? Ballpark pricing. We really appreciate your loyalty and patience! We can't reveal the specifics yet but I think you will be pleased. |
| Almost August... The end of summer in Maine. Elzetta has been on a lot of trips this year. The Great North Woods for a week, many rivers in the kayak, and all around the house for many jobs. Thanks guys for a great product.(ZFL-M60) How's the tape switch coming? Any info? I'm still O.K. with the wait... |
|
Nobody (Arfcommers in particular), like delays, but it's good to know you are taking your time and doing it right.
I'm glad to see you're not rushing into production, and sacrificing standards. If my prior experiences with Elzetta products are any indication, it will be worth the wait. |

Coming up on the time to shoot coy-dogs from the tree stand in the winter. Will it be a year from the first post date? I'm still with ya'. Oh yeah, I havn't changed the batteries in my light yet. Still going strong. That is a year already. |
|
We will have pre-production units of the Elzetta Tape Switch at SHOT Show next week. Come see us at Booth 8406! |

A light is one of the last things I'm waiting for on my build. Might get a laser too but that's for another time. I've had THE Elzetta light for over a year. Great stuff. It's mounted on the wrong side so I can use it. Very uncomfortable... Need the tape switch and things will be bad for Zombies and coyotes. I hope it"s all that I expected. |

We are waiting on an impossibly-slow supplier to finish their work to our quality standards (which are admittedly very high). Our frustration cannot be expressed in words and we are terribly sorry for the continued delays. Just waiting on the slow boat from China? |

(though we would never use Chinese tooling) |

Quoted: Well, one thing is certain; we are closer now than we've ever been. We appreciate everyone's patience. There has actually been tremendous progress in the last couple weeks and we are seeing the Light at the end of the tunnel (pun intended). I just inquired about the tape switch on your website not remembering you were on ARFcom... so disregard! Soon as it comes out, I'll buy the total package. Oh, and are there any ar15.com discount codes or the like?, you know... for having to wait so long?
