| After dealing with another vendor about not getting a shipment when repeatedly promised and the revolving headache over a missing item, I am really appreciative of you guys shipping things quickly and accurately - even when it is a small parts order that probably doesn't make a lot of revenue. Just know this, the next time I have a big order, you guys will get it because of your service, even if the price is a little higher. No frustration is worth quite a bit to me - keep up the good work and thank the guys in the shipping department. |
